We depend upon the generosity of you to help us and support our (and your!) neighbors. Your donations, of any amount, are gratefully accepted and appreciated! The Southwest Harbor – Tremont Nursing Service, Inc., which operates the ambulance service, is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. We are governed by a Board of Directors of community members. Our Form-990 is available upon written request to the Board of Directors.
